Claiming compensation for an accident at work or the so-called an accident in the workplace is not an easy matter.

Employers most often do not feel responsible for accidents at work and try to prove the fault of the injured party, thus wanting to avoid paying compensation. Unfortunately, insurance companies do the same.

Of course, this kind of injustice cannot be allowed, which is why we help the victims in obtaining decent compensation for accidents at work.

Is it worth giving up our rights? What to do in the event of an accident at work? To whom and how can we direct our claims?

You will find the answer to the above questions in Jongman Advies Buro. We hope that we will help you in the fight to obtain proper compensation for an accident at work.

There is a widespread belief that accidents at work are directly related to the lack of respect for health and safety rules, for which the injured employee is solely responsible. However, not in every case the employee's fault is so obvious. Very often, the employer or his insurer is responsible for an accident at work, and then the victim is entitled to appropriate compensation.

Failure to provide employees with proper working conditions, disregarding occupational health and safety rules. Failure to provide proper clothing and equipment for the employee. Lack of proper training and imposing excessive duties on one person, which results in overtiredness. All this causes tragic events to occur and most likely will occur if nothing changes in the practices used. The result of an accident may be a partial or complete inability of a given person to perform work and exclusion from professional life for a certain period of time or permanently. Despite this, the injured person is very often afraid to assert his rights and demand compensation. Fear of losing their livelihood, conflict with the employer and lack of knowledge of the language do not motivate to fight for their rights.
