The founder of the Jongman Advies Buro Tax Office is Erwin Jongman. In 2008, Wioletta Wojciechowska joined the company as a tax advisor (entry number 675333) with 25 years of professional experience gained while working in administrative offices and enterprises. Our Tax Office has been operating on the Dutch market for almost 15 years. We operate in Didam (near Arnhem).
Despite the rapid development, we are still a family company and the most important thing for us is a nice atmosphere combined with professionalism. We serve both natural persons working in the Netherlands, as well as sole proprietorships (ZZP), offering our assistance already at the stage of its registration. The Jongman Advies Buro Tax Office provides services in the field of bookkeeping, all tax and social matters and labor law in the Netherlands. Our clients can also count on assistance in the field of Dutch and Polish PIT tax settlements, possible supplements (toeslagen), social matters (UWV, CAK, SVB), insurance and others, taking into account the constantly changing tax regulations and applicable law.
In the form below, you must indicate income that is not taxable in the Netherlands. You will need an income certificate if you settle your tax under the rules for foreign taxpayers eligible for relief in the Netherlands. If you do not complete this formality, you will not be entitled to tax credits and deductions from income.
The form, signed and confirmed with the stamp of the tax office, should be sent to the following address:
Belastingdienst/Kantoor buitenland
Postbus 2577

If the Dutch tax office receives a completed and certified Form of Income Statement for 2022 Eligible Foreign Taxpayer, you will be treated by the office as a foreign taxable person eligible for relief and you will be entitled to tax credits and deductions from your income. So make sure that your print will be sent as soon as possible!!!
If you do not return the completed Income Statement for 2022 Foreign Taxpayer Eligible for Relief form to Belastingdienst, you will not be entitled to tax relief, which will significantly reduce your possible tax refund. What's more, it may result in a tax surcharge.
Of course, the Tax Office provides you with a form and information on completing the document.
You can find the form on our website and on the Belastingdienst website www.belastingdienst.nl.
